Matt Tucker, Integrity Tools & Safety

Matt Tucker

General Manager

Matt has been in the electrical utility industry since 1995, when he joined the Lower Colorado River Authority in Austin. There he managed the protective equipment testing lab and completed his Bachelors of Business Management degree from Texas State University. From 2005-2013 Matt moved to an outside territory managers role where he traveled Texas successfully assisting utilities and contractors acquire the tools and safety equipment they need. In 2013 Matt launched Integrity Tools and Safety, LLC to represent manufacturers providing tools and safety equipment to the electrical utility industry. Matt lives near Bastrop with his wife, Jackie, and three boys.

Account Executive

Brandi joined Integrity Tools & Safety in August of 2023. Brandi has 18 years of working experience in the Utility Industry. Her experience and knowledge of our manufacture’s is a great asset to our team. Her communication skills between our distributors and linemen in the field assist everyone in finding the safest and most efficient tools and equipment to make field tasks safer throughout the industry. Brandi also has a great dedication and commitment to customers and lineman’s safety, which truly fuels her love for her profession.

Brandi and her husband Mark have been married for 33 years, have four adult children, and five grand babies. In her time away from work, Brandi enjoys spending time and traveling with her entire family.

Lisa Dorsey-Dromgoole

Office Manager/Sales Assistant

Lisa joined Integrity Tools & Safety, LLC in February of 2019. Previously she worked with an Integrity Tools distributor for three years gaining a knowledge for the necessary tools and equipment needed to make any lineman’s job safe and productive. Lisa has been involved in the construction industry since 2000, when she went to work for an international company that completed maintenance and construction of power plants across the United States.

Lisa currently maintains a home office near Clifton, TX. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on Lake Whitney either in a beach chair or bass boat, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with family and friends. Her most important daily role is head dog snack provider to her feisty dachshund Duke-Muddoggy.
